Goodbye, COVID!

It has been a LONG two years of COVID-19, hasn’t it?  We are happy to say that the Kentucky State of Emergency mandates are being lifted and we are now on the OTHER SIDE of the pandemic.  That being said, while we no longer require face masks to be worn in the office, we do encourage their use when in the exam room.

When COVID began, everyone had to re-think their processes.  In many ways, it made us more creative and resilient.  Many people have said they like our Curbside Optical Pickup.  We will continue to offer this service.  However, if you are coming to pick up your new glasses, we encourage you to come inside so that we can fit your new eyewear and tell you all about it.

If you wear contact lenses, did you know you can order new supplies from our website and have them delivered to your home?  This service also began with COVID and our patients love it!  Just go to the HOME page and click on “Shop” and select “Order Alcon Contact Lenses” or “Order Acuvue Contact Lenses”.

Our phone number, 606-474-7833, can be used for calls or texts. If you don’t like to text, we are happy to call you the good old-fashioned way.  You will receive text message reminders about your appointment. We ask that you respond promptly to confirm or notify us if you will be unable to keep your appointment.

We hope and pray that COVID is “in the books” and doesn’t show itself again.  We simply want you to stay safe and healthy.
